Managing Law Firm Users

Creating a group within CloudMask, allows you add law firm/Clio users who you'd like to access encrypted records (fields and documents) to your CloudMask account.

This also provides consolidating billing for your law firm and data recovery options when encryption keys are lost. 

Members of your created group are called Subscribers. You can add and remove subscribers, as they join and leave your firm.

When adding Subscribers to your account, you must:

Adding Subscribers To Your Account

To add subscribers:

  1. Access Applications Page, as described in Managing Apps.
  2. Find Clio pane and click on the gear icon.
  3. Click Add Subscriber button. 
  4. Enter the email address of the subscriber you wish to invite. All your Invited Subscribers will appear in the corresponding pane.

Confirm Addition of Subscribers to your Account

Once the subscriber accepts and joins CloudMask, you will need to confirm the addition of the subscriber to your account. This step is only required if subscriber joined CloudMask as a result of your subscription invitation, see above

To confirm a subscribers account:

  1. Access Applications Page, as described in Managing Apps.
  2. Select the application by clicking on the corresponding gear icon.
  3. In Pending Subscribers pane, tick the invited subscriber. These subscribers will move to Active Subscribers pane.

Removing Subscribers from your Account 

To remove subscribers:

  1. Access Applications Page, as described in Managing Apps.
  2. Select the application by clicking on the corresponding gear icon.
  3. In Active Subscribers pane, cross the Active Subscriber you want to remove. As a result, they'll be moved to Inactive Subscribers pane.
