Sharing Encrypted Folders & Files

You can share files/folders with end-to-end encrypted using any device signed up with CloudMask. Recipients can create a CloudMask account and access your encrypted files at no cost.

Files are encrypted according to your recipient's secret key. And only with that recipient's secret key can encrypted files be decrypted.

Once you share an encrypted file, CloudMask detects if your recipient has a CloudMask account. Invitation emails are automatically sent to recipients without CloudMask. Refer to Trusting Contacts to see what comes next after recipient joins CloudMask. Recipients with CloudMask access encrypted files seamlessly.

Sharing secure folders & files (with padlock indicators) is done the same way as with regular folders & files.
